IIS4 on NT With FP2002 Ext having tons of problems

I have a WinNT with IIS4 with FrontPage 2002 Extensions. I was running FrontPage 2000 ext but I did the upgrade to 2002 and every time I open my IIS and I right click on the name of the computer so I can set up a web site The IIS just sits there and stops doing anything. The whole computer does not lock up just that one instance of IIS. I can open anothor IIS and it does the same thing so I have to end that task to make it go away. I have reloaded everything and still the same problem. If any of you can help please let me know
