IIS web site cannot be displayed when Norton Firewall active.

When the firewall is down, full access to the site is available, however, once the site is up, I immediately lose all connection to the site except for those computers listed in the trusted computers section of Home Networking. I certainly do not want to allow access this way. I have also added a General Rule Permitting connection to and from any computer under TCP and LocalPort 80 and remote ports 1024-5000. This didn't change the results either. I still can't display the site when the firewall is up.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

You have blocked it in the program click on the icon, then go to personal firewall, click configure and make sure microsoft internet information server is enabled
