IIS SMTP Queue Viewer

Does anyone know of a tool that will allow us to view the queues?

I have an old tool that was developed by a individual but it only works with 2K server and not 2003.

I should have been clearer. We are placing 2 gateway servers into our DMZ using IIS SMTP. There is no build-in tool to view the queues and watch mailflow.
