IIS service terminated unexpectedly

The following message will appears every morning.

Error Message on Eventlog

The World Wide Web Publishing Service service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 60000 milliseconds: Restart the service.

Any idea what's when wrong with the IIS?

Need more info. Your logs will show some other error that caused it to stop...

Look for DCOM warnings or errors in the application log around the same time as the error you posted.

I've had this problem and it turned out to be a badly registered DCOM object used by a web page that when it crapped out, killed IIS and gave that error, along with the DCOM error.
