IIS returns error 302 randomly

Hello,
I am using Windows XP Pro with IIS 5 and SQL Server (on another NT4 box). In my IIS logs I can see that people are randomly getting error 302 returned to them when they request any given page. It happens on different pages with different users. Users are complaining, but I haven't been able to reproduce the error on any of my machines. What is going on??? Any suggestions welcome!
