Go to Settings/Control Panel/Add Remove Programs, then click on Add/Remove Windows Components. Find the IIS checkbox, check it, and go. Once installed it can be started by going to Settings/Control Panel/Administrative Tools, and starting "Internet Information Services." Consult the help files for configuration details. In short, if you start it, it will default to an html file at c:\inetpub\web\default.html.
