What settings have you entered under the Home Directory tab of the site configuartion? Also, check the Document tab to make sure that your default start page, eg index.html is listed as a default document to try to load.

Check your settings to make sure:

-Local path is the directory you keep your site stuff in.
-Read permissions are granted
-index.htm appears in 'Documents'
-any documents you add should also be in 'Documents'
-your site is not stopped or paused
