i took a look what inside the %WinDir%\System32\LogFiles\W3SVC1\ex040924.txt

this something I found the I don't understand.
10:18:28 192.27.106.211 NORTHLUZONBSSOP\gtadm PROPFIND /C 404

what does PROFIND means?

i couldn't find anything that would match across what you posted in googling up portions of it .. the closest i could find was getadmin, or grand theft auto developers module (gtadm) as gen said, might want to check over in iis, or install ad-aware to see if it's possible spy/spam - ware

NORTHLUZONBSSOP is the computer name and gtadm is the administrator user name.
