Before you install IIS, you need to install the Windows TCP/IP Protocol and Connectivity Utilities." This is what the instructions say. Some advice says I don't have to do this first. I REALLY don't want to, because it seems out of my scope of ability. Can I use the FP Extensions on my PC with only IIS and not bother with TCP/IP? (I have XP Professional)

TCP/IP should already be set-up mate if you are networked.
Just get the FP Ext installed mate.
