IIS file copy error

Hi,
i have Win2k3 with iis. A webfolder has been setup and when i connect to the folder remotely, i am not able to copy certain files. I can copy bmp and txt files but not .exe and other image files. I get an "An error occured copying some or all files". I have checked permissions on the local folders on the server and everyone is allowed to write/read.

Hi, do you have frontpage server extension or sharepoint services installed?

There is an option (checkbox) "Allow authors to upload executables" wich is disable by default.
