IIS configuratio for Intranet web sites

HI,
We have multiple web-sites within our company that needs to be hosted in IIS. Since we have only one IP Address in the machine where IIS is hosted, how can I have multiple web-sites ( having different domain names) pointed to the same IP address in IIS?

Multiple Websites?

Beboen and Gary told me that we need IIS6 for multiple websites, but it runs under win 2003 server only...
