IIS/ ASP - live data view

Hi all,

I'm new to IIS 5 and ASP and am experiencing problems when trying to get a live data view.

It generally works at the first attempt, but if I try soon after it throws:

"This page cannot be displayed..."

referring to line 8, which is the sql query.

but then if i wait a few minutes and run exactly the same code again, it works fine. is there some sort of time i need to wait to allow the server or db to refresh or something?

any help would be much appreciated.
