IIS and JRun

I have installed Jrun on PC with IIS. All my sites are in inetpub/ including Jrun apps. Problem is that the asp pages no longer run.

If I try and connect to .asp page using localhost/site or 127.0.0.1/site addresses it says 'Could not connect to JRun Server' if JRun not started and '404 Not Found'when JRun is started.

Any ideas. I dont really want to remove JRun as I would like to be able to use both languages,
