IIS 5 Redirect Variables

Hi

How would I go about setting up IIS 5 to redirect any URL parameters after the server name ie.

http://www.url.com/1655

to

http://www.url.com/index.asp?keyword=1655

or

http://www.site.com/mynamehere

to

http://www.site.com/index.asp?keyword=mynamehere.

I do not want to create virtual directories for each possible "keyword" as i would like to have this option available to enable a hosting type option on my site.
