If they hit '0' it should NOT go to attendant??

Hello everyone,

I have this request from HR. Is it possible?
"I would like VM accounts for them but there should be no way the can get to our attendant/operator. If they hit "0" it should just leave them in VM."

On my first try: I have tried to change the covering extension to the same subcriber'extension so the call goes back to the same numb, but then the call is automatically rerouted to the attendant.
On my second try: I have modified a COS and changed the permissions type to none.(no Call Answer - Voice Mailbox only), but now I can not leave messages... this the cos for those extensions.

try the change sys feat screen, page 3 covering extension. change that to an announcement ext that has a recording stating " No operator available" .
