Go to Start>Settings>ControlPanel>Add/Remove Programs, scroll down until you see Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 & Internet Tools, click the Add/Remove button and select repair.
then, in Internet explorer, go to Tools>Internet Options, click the Settings button, then the View Objects button. Right-click on the Pogo entry and choose remove. Also remove any other controls that have a status of damaged.
Go back to the site and have it auto-download again.
