IE6 on WinXP Freezing

Greetings All,

I'm having a bit of a problem that I can't figure out.
This is IE6.0.2 128 bit
When browsing, if at anytime more then 2 windows are opened, IE6 freezes. I do Ctrl-Alt-Del and task manager showsthat one of the instances of IE is "not responding".

I have, on some occasions seen the first and last not responding, sometimes just the last, but it's usually the first, (I hope that made sense).
When I end that task(s), the desktop clears, rebuilds and I am able to start again.

Any advice??
