Anyone know how to restrict ie usage by profile in nt?

can you explain a bit more please?

eg, do you mean access to ie at all or what you can access from ie? Is this a standalone machine or part of network - if network, what sort?

Yes, it's a networked machine. We have a user that we want to restrict form the internet on any machine.
