I have a user that logs into the employer version of monster.com

He can get to monster.com from both IE and Firefox, but when he goes to log into the employer side of monster.com from the IE browser he gets a page that states that his username and password are being authenticated. If he is not redirected within a few seconds to click on a button that is below the message. Nothing happens so he tries to click on the button and still.....nothing happens. It seems like it gets stuck trying to authenticate.

Now I've tried everything under the sun to restore his IE default settings, but nothing is working.

I need to know if there is a command(s) that I can execute that will register the IE dlls with the OS to see if I can get it back to normal.

If there are any other suggestions I would be happy to try those also.

I have not yet been able to recreate the problem myself, but I have done a remote assistant on his machine and seen the problem for myself.

TIA,

Carrie

Thanks Bill!

I'll contact the user today and try out some of your suggestions and see if they fix the problems.
