IE error message

Hi, Each time when I start dial up internect connection it always generate a error flag:

'Program Error

IEXPLORE.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program.

An error log is being created.'

and then I need click IE again to start internet. I check the event and the source is Service Control Manager. The error is

The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:
ppa

Please help, thanks.

r u using iomega zip drive by any chance???
just a thought cause i searched for this ppa stuff on
my comp and i ended up in a ppa.sys file of iomega zip drive which get loaded up while starting

perhaps try running the repair tool? I don't know if it'll help you, but you can try.
