Ie browser stuck on homepage

ive got xp pro and ie 6 i cant browse past my homepage with ie6 unless i right click and choose open in new window but can browse finr with netscape 7.1 ive ran adaware spybot norton mcaffee reinstalled the os inplace and ie but all to no avail

Tools -> Internet Options -> Programs -> Reset Web Settings... usually fixes this,

pc isnt in my ship anymore customer was fine with netscape but ill keep those ideas in mind although i think i reset web settings allready
