Nortel is supposed to be working on a patch for this, but I do not believe that it has come out yet. I would suggest that you login into Nortel.com (if you haven't before, you'll have to setup a login and password) and do a search for it.

SOAP is being prompted as either:
1. The site is not added as trusted site on that PC
2. The correct Activex components and Snipplet have not been set to the correct access level.
please check the manuals for which Activex components or allow all ActiveX components access for trusted sites only.
