IE 6 History/Cookies Help 1

Can anyone tell me why I am unable to see any users internet history folder even though I have enabled the various files viewing options from within the IE6 tools/options menu.

I have a user who, I do not mind using the internet during their breaks but they seem to be abusing the privilage.

Check the Permissions for the parent folder at C:\Documents and Settings\Usernamexxxx\Local Settings.

You might want to research this story at this site. The article is Windows 9x related but the story of Desktop.ini and Index.dat files is pretty much applicable to XP. And this paragraph is worth a read "5.0. HOW MICROSOFT DOES IT"
