IE 6.0 link to second page of IE will not load.

I'm running Windows XP Pro. I have started to have a problem with IE 6.0 to where if I click on a link that will make a second IE popup to run that page will not load. I click on a link that just takes the first page to another area it works. I'm running Norton Internet security 2005 and still happens even If I disable it. any ideas.

Hi, try to allow popups for this site.

XP SP2 install a popup blocker.
