Unfortunately, it's cable tugging time. Find your SEB, trace the cable plugged into the host port back to the PBX, then pray your J ports are labeled with what port is what.
I wish that were the case. However, my situation is quite the reverse. I am trying to re-install a SEB II back onto the PBX where I there had been a Net Path. Unfortunately I was not present when the Net Path was removed nor are any for the connectors labeled on the CSK1000. There is no way to detemine the location through the switch?
Get out your label machine. Get out your laptop. Get yourself a "smart" serial cable. Get yourself a couple of 25 to 9 pin adapters. Load up Procomm on your laptop. One by one, go through each one of your serial cables on that machine and identify, then label them. Do that by loading LD 37 and type, TTY 0 and wait for a display on Procomm. Go through all configured serial ports till done. Label each one, TTY X, 9600, N, 8, 1 or whatever... Then, Be happy!
