My Computer, Network Neighborhood, and Recycle Bin Icons display incorrectly on desktop. Icons never display properly and deleting the Icon cache file does not fix problem ???

Icons on desktop displaying correctly

That would be the first thing I would check as DaveGoTech suggested and also check your display driver in the device manager under my computer. Make sure it is using the right device. you may also want to boot up into safe mode and delete any extra monitors/display adapters you find in the device manager.

The only Icons not displaying properly are system Icons all other Icons are fine. Display properties ok and only one device for video driver and monitor in device manger
