If I put an Icon on a button is there a way to make the icon go to the left side. so i can enter text right next to the icon? rather then under the icon?

Thanks DVannoy

I don't have an answer for you but I'm interested in your thread. I'm working at a outlook type of design for an appllication and was hoping to emulate the toolbar design which has command buttons with icons and tex.

Hi DVannoy

I don't know if you can but you can put a frame on a button then arrange a picturebox/imagebox and textbox on the frame

Don't know that you have many options with regard to the placement of text and icon on a command button.

However, Farpoint Technologies sells a fancy Active-X component called "Button Objx" which does a lot of things beyond what you get in VB out of the box.
