ICLID on IP500v2

Good morning,
I have impliment an IP Office IP500v2 with analog trunk, i have set the Trunk Type to Loop Start ICLID and the external number is not showing. the ICLID option is activate from the operator.

There's a line setting you can adjust if you're sure it's being signalled from the carrier.

Run monitor and see if the CLID is being sent. Also you can use a butt set and listen to the incoming call. The CLID is sent before the second ring. You will hear it as a high pitched "chirp.

Or you could even try plugging an analogue display phone in to the trunk and seeing if you get ICLID there

i have checked my trunk with an analogue display phone, and its shows the ICLID number, i did check also the monitor and there is not mention of detection of the ICLID. my trunk type in the IP Office configuration is "Loop Start With ICLID"..and long CLI Line is checked.. is there is problem in the ATM Card , i have a combo ATM...
