ICHT and CM3.01 1

Hi All,

Can anyone tell me if Incoming Call Handling Treatment, page 3 of trunk groups, is included in CM3.01 and if not, how do you transform full dialled number "99991111" to equal extension 11111 (5 digit extension with 1 as first digit.)

If it does come with it, can anyone let me know what licences or configuration I need to get it up and running. We are really at the end of our ropes with trying to get this working....

You need to use the command "change inc-call-handling-trmt trunk-group x
