How do I trouble shoot the ICCM TFE error? I have a Magor Alarm Set in my Event Browser. The Description is: Call already exists (Tryt list:2.Call id:16160.Req func:.File/Func:.\llists.ccp/CPSLinkedList::addLast#2:line 297)

I have several similar events. If I can get help on troubleshooting this one, I am sure it will help me clear the other errors.

Thank you in advance.

Looks like you are routing the call back out of the SCCS maybe to an IVR?? But any way, you want to avoid this type of thing. This will cause defaulted calls and could cause the system to crash the TFE service. So,, you are answering the call at a CDN that is SCCS controlled then in the script for that CDN you are routing call out, then the call is sent back to the SCCS. SCCS see the call ID has already been in the system once and gives the above error!!!!!

That might be the case. How do I trouble shoot this. I have several scripts. Most of the scripts are similar.

I might have to do this after hours to simulate a busy condition so I can get the Call Pilot messages.

If you have call-by-call turned on you can trace it that away with the call_ID. You should be able to see the problem by reading through the scripts. Also make sure that if the call is front-ended by and application sure as an IVR or Voice Mail, have a "IF TRANSFERRED THEN WAIT 6 END IF" in th emaster script. Not having this can cause TFE errors.
