IC client can not get the agent events

Hi Guys

Why IC client can not get the agent events? The CTI link of AES and S8710 is OK, and the agents state in page 9 of system-parameters customer options is set to yes. What's wrong with it?

why did you decide that ic doesn't get agent state events? what was the reason?
