Everytime I start the lap top the screen goes black after the memory counts, I can get into the setup by using the shift key.

Can anyone help??

What type of laptop is it? Is there a reset button on it, this is normally down the the left or right hand side. If there isn't a reset button, remove the battery and leave it out for 10 mins. Is there any action on your H/D LED?
