I received this alert from IBM Director on one of our HS40's. I havent been able to translate what this error actually means or what actually causes from any documents I could actually find on IBM's support site. Can anyone shed some light?

Thanks guys

The Management module is detecting that a voltage is currently operating outside of recommended range. The next step would be to figure out which monitored voltage it is. In this scenario I would suggest calling IBM support @ 1-800-IBM-SERV. It could be a fan or a VRM or a bus voltage. It is more of a PFA rather than a failure.

Alright thanks.

So in other words there is no easy way to actually tell exactly what is causing this warning to occur? No other blades in the chassis or rack have received any warnings of this type.

You could log into the management module which should give you further detail.
