IA770 Strnage Problem

I have just installed sn MVExpress using IA770, and the customer has called me to say that when you are try to record your name and greeting on the mailbox if you do it quickly it distorts when you review them, but if you really take a long time, like at the beginning wait 5 secs thedn record and wait another 5 at the end it seems to be ok.

Any ideas is there a patch?I am quite new into the world of ACM so any help would be great, also what is the best way of seeing what software level your server is on, i know it is ACM3.x, but want to know if 3.0 or 3.1.

Did you get a fix for this problem as i have the same problem.

Yes, i am doing this from memory but the issue we had was i think in change machine were you tell the voicemail what the mailbox range is we had a description next to our voicemail digits.
