IA770 no TUI on outcalling

We have activated outcalling on an S8300B w. IA770 CM 3.1.4 w/ updated CM and IA patches.

Outcalling works (sort of). Pagers receive correct digits, but calls to telephones do not receive a TUI like the old Intuity MAP5/P. We get "dead air" and have to call back in.

Running a 'li trace tac/q' on the trunk group shows the outcall but no reaction to digits dialed. IP-IP audio and hairpinning are set to n.

Try this:
The problem is that the trunk to IA770 is administered for Qsig Diversion by Reroute, but the IA770 cannot handle that correctly. So thefeature should be turned off.

just set it to 'N' and tested. Same result.
