i2050 problem

one of the users is getting a message on their i2050

NETWORK CARD NOT FOUND

has anyone seen something like this before?

yeah he sent me a screen shot. maybe i should just reload the software. what do you think?

try resetting the Hardware ID 1st before you do that

We had that problem with a soft phone that was configured improperly.

In our case, "Automatic (DHCP)" was turned on in the Server tab.

Unchecking that box and manually entering the IP address of the signaling server fixed the problem.
