i2050 keys disppear after connected

did anyone encountered this problem before? After the softphone get connected, all the keys disppeared and error indicated "server execution error" and error message appears and program close.

os is winXP. Is this a common problem? any patches need to be loaded?

All my softphones run on XP. Try uninstalling and re-installing. Then...reload XP Maybe. Is this on all or just on PC?

this happen on the desktop and notebook. all the rest user using win2k. strange problem.....
