I2004 no softkey with voice mail 1

My new I2004 phones do not display the softkeys when using voice mail, where can this feature be enabled?

Should be like 3904 not sure wright of hand what key it is,Print that tn and you should see that key

The key has a symbol that looks like an inbox with an arrow pointing downward, same position as a 3904.

I can get the msg button to work and call call-pilot but when I am listening to the voice mails there are no softkeys showing up in the LCD panel like "play" "delete" "next" they appear on my 3904

Try CLS CCSD

Tried the CLS CCSD...now change.

CLS CCSD was the solution with 3903/3904.
I then think the i2004 doesn't support that fonction , like contextual keys...

just a thought have you checked the firmware of the phone. I am sure this works on a 2004

I checked the version "0604D31"
How can I tell if this version supports the softkeys with voicemail?

Firmware upgrade is done from SigServ or SRG. The firmware have to be update on that equipment, then restart IP phone to update it.
