I run mailbox manager each month on 19 exchange 2000 servers. The schedule is a weekly schedule so I have to manually go to each server to schedule and unschedule mailbox manager. This is tedious and there is room for error.

The tab that I am referring to is under the server properties--> mailbox management--> start mailbox management process:

There must be a way to automate this. VBScript, VB, C++, batch file...I don't care.

??? Just tell the mailbox manager to run every sunday or so???

I wish. There was a hug "Mail Cleanup" committee that determined that users need a month to review their mail before being deleted. It's out of my control. Upper management requested it this way.

O, I see.
Can you not then set it to keep it for 60 days instead of 30, or whatever else give you and the users some slack?
