I want some of my selected records(calls) to be on nice logger permanently so that we can listen to those calls on Nice player at any point of time.We have Auto archive ON.
When you find the call you want to save in the Search Query, right click on it and choose "Lock", you can also tag it by right clicking and choosing modify, and you can name it and do future searches based on the name you tagged the call.
But when i see a call in search query it's already marked with BLUE TICK and when i lock it after that it says
"The locking requests are being handled by the server.To view the result run the query again"
and after running the query again the BLUE TICK becomes RED TICK. So is this the correct way to lock the call? and will it remain on my logger permanently?
