i see blank only????

i have problem in cisco route soho77 "can't boot flash' and working in rommon mode .
when i connected to router using hyperterminal i see rommon mode ,after that when i try to fix the problem to upload flash from other soho 77 using (tftpdnld) in rommon mode , i get another problem 'can't see anything when i connect the route by hyperterminal ,'maybe the rommon software is damged too..now i see blank only.

pls any one help me to get rommon mode

try use confreg 0x2102 mode to rewrite register.
