I have been asked by acounting to tell them how many phones are on the switch. LD 81 prints out all of the tns but not a total number. is there a way to get that?

LD 81, do a CNT

Click this link.
Scroll down to extensions, download the mv.xls.

1. Log into your PBX
2. Turn on "capture file"
3. Print a TNB
4. Turn off "capture file" and save to your desktop
5. Open mv.xls and when it asks for the file, select the TNB you saved.

This will put the TNB data into a spreadsheet and provide data that is extremely useful, and also provide set counts and totals. [thumbsup2]
