I need help setting up a new meridian phone 1

I am totally new to PBX phones. I have access to the server (used command "logi"), i found a port to plug the phone in but i dont know the TN. Is there anyway I can find out? Thanks in advance!

there are a bunch of empty connectors around the office. when i plugged in it, it gets the date and time. im totally new to this and any help will be good. really appreciated

You mean a wall jack? This phone is connected to a TN in the switch but is disabled, if you wait till tomorrow it may be working after the MID routins run the switch should inable it and don't ask me what the MID routins are.

ld 21 prt ovly, shows the midn (midnight routines) and the loads your switch uses during midn and at the scheduled time. ld 135 midn, star out of the ld and midn will start any time of the day. if you plug a phone in and the lights flash one time, it's on a digital tn. if that tn is programed and you have 30 at the drol prompt under ovly, it will enable. we usually use a tone and probe to find the tn. you can do a ldis command againt a loop or card and see all dsbl sets then enll x x the tn.. or just stat x on each card
