I need good textbook for SQL Server 2000 via stnd ASP

Do you know of any good texts on SQL Server and standard ASP coding? We are currently using ASP against Access 2000 database and we need to migrate to SQL Server. I've been learning SQL Server 2000 and now need to move to programming against it but I do not have a good text, with good examples of VBscript, etc. for that. I've got great SQL Server textbooks, but they are lousy references for coding via ASP.

Please advise, thanks!
