I need a shortcut for selecting a box WITHOUT THE MOUSE? Is there one?

I have been looking forever and cannot seem to find one. I know tons of keyboard shortcuts, but not this one! I have done searches online and every shortcut list is incomplete.

Is there a way to build an ad in Quark WITHOUT TOUCHING THE MOUSE?? I don't think it is possible, but I think it is ALMOST possible.

Most importantly I desperately need to know how to go from one text box to another by using a keyboard shortcut only. (Mac or PC, doesn't matter, I use both)

what exactly are you trying to do... how do you need the layout to look?

No layout in particular. I build ads for a newspaper. My boss (and others) think there is a keyboard shortcut to "select picture box" or text box instead of using your mouse. They say they used to know what it was but cannot remember anymore. Is it possible to build an entire ad without using the mouse for anything. I know all the shortcuts to do it except when you have to use the mouse to click on the board to creat a picture or text box or to select it after it has been created.

Does quark have a shortcut like this? or are they confused with another program?
