I need a DVD Decoder for Toshiba Satellite Pro 4260DVD

Can anyone point me to where I can download the dvd decoder for Toshiba laptops. Their site is of no help to me or either they have it so hard to find I can't. I am running Windows XP Pro and the media player starts but gives me an error about not have the decoder. The system came to me fdisk'd (off lease) and I had to start from scratch so I don't have a restore cd to work from... any help???? Keith Buchanan
