I need a DBXTriever or similar program to view DBX files without Outlook. Is there such a program ?

Outlook Express uses .dbx files, not Outlook. DBXtract is only $7

What exactly are you trying to do? The .dbx file format is a proprietary database of sorts.

Thank you very much for your input. That was exactly what I was looking for. MiTel OE Viewer works very well and OE Backup (by Linney) is also very informative.
