I have two mail accounts in outlook, need to remove default action.. 1

I have two mail accounts in outlook(2002), when i go to send and recive it sends to the default mail account.
This can get tricky sometimes when sending mail. Is there any way of telling outlook to prompt me when you goto send & recive which account to use??

On menu Tools clickOptions , on Mail Services tab at StartUp settings, select: Prompt for a profile to be used.

For that but i have no Mail Services tab at StartUp settings. any other ideas.
