I have error that I cant figure out

I get these errors in the App log on my Windows 2k3 server.
and I am unable to figure out why or how to fix it. Microsoft has nothing about this for the server version I found some stuff for XP and 2000 and I have trid them but I still get these errors every 5 mins. I have made sure and Have replaced the permissions are correct. This server is a domain controller also for awhile it was the Operations master for everything.
Any suggestions or info would be greatly appreciated
