i have a SLC16 card that is showing as CSINF8

I plugged in the card into a TDA then a TDE it is showing up as CSINF8 but it is a SLC16 and when I try to INS it is giving me an error

no matter which slot you install card?

Try:
delete card, apply, ok, save database

pre-install SLC16 and install card

it gives me FAULT-DIF

The card is different from the card specified in programming, change through programming
